A complete renovation of the Forum Ballroom in the DoubleTree has been done. It has been raised to the first floor and is no longer in the basement. The steps leading to it from the north hallway have been removed.

A buffet lunch is being offered Saturday by the Hotel for $42 (includes beverage, tax & gratuity)
Rose Donation
At the Conference, a statue of Our Lady is present.
If you would like to donate a rose to be used in the flower arrangements for Our Lady, it can be done when you register.
Suggested donation – $2 each
SPECIAL INFORMATION
You will receive a confirmation for your registration. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference registration table to exchange for your name tag.
EUCHARISTIC ADORATION will be available during the conference.
PRIESTS and DEACONS are our guests and are encouraged to participate in the Eucharistic celebrations. Please bring your alb and stoles. When possible, priests are asked to be available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
GIFT STORE services will be available. No vendors or free handouts will be permitted without prior written authorization from the Arizona Peace Center.
